If I were basing this assessment solely on the company itself, it would be much lower because it took SEVERAL phone calls, emails and on-line requests at ALL hours of the day over the course of SEVERAL days to finally get a response from the individual responsible for booking the tour. My friend was over from Australia and we were under a tight timeline. Fortunately we were able to book a tour and our guide Hayden was marvelous! My buddy got the first fish he's ever caught and being a sturgeon, it was quite the memorable event.

Guide was friendly and accommodating, but it was very hard to book the trip as the owner didn't return calls or emails

We've gone many times sturgeon fishing on the river and enjoyed the scenery, the guide and particularly the fishing. This time our guide took us to a different part of the river. Not as nice scenery wise or fishing wise. He talked a lot about where he caught fish...over there or over that way...but never quite where we were. We were out for an 8 hour day and got one fish. I know you can't always have great luck out there but it was a little disappointing for us that day.
