Chino CrossFit has it right, knowledge, diversity in workouts in theory. Coach Gabriel knows his stuff and his wod program is quite intense, balanced and well-organized.

Gabriel is nice and friendly. He's the owner and has had his gym for almost a decade. He has all the equipment and has a flexible schedule. Highly recommended. He uses SugarWOD for the app.

the owner is so incredible! He gives you that sense that he actually believes in you and he makes you so comfortable to actually want to accomplish your goals. I totally recommend this place

Wow talk about getting your moneys worth. I was pretty hesitant about trying Crossfit out because it looks hard but Gabriel the owner he makes your experiece amazing and walks you through it in a way you understand.
