My mother, my sister and I all had a very nice experience. The people are courteous and friendly. The only drawback was that they are located on the second floor without an elevator. My mother had a very difficut time navigating the stairs.

They need to clearly indicate which Suite / door is theirs...it's on 2nd floor also. Massage was great tho - going back!

The staff of R. Vivo was extremely friendly with all interactions via phone and in person. My masseuse was experienced and knowledgeable with his techniques. I will definitely return.
