Be ready to not do much if you check in at 4. It gets dark at 5

No need to bring pots, pans or dishware since it's all available there. Very convenient and makes for lighter travel. Also, no internet which I loved, gives you more time to interact with each other and enjoy the nature.

Simple and fairly easy to find. Tv didn't work but we were there for the outdoors & snow anyway. It was a fun trip!

It was near the park.

The directions sent to me were very vague and I had a difficult time finding the office to pick up my key. It was very confusing that the office is in a completely different location from the condos. I wish that had been explained ahead of time when I made my reservation over the phone.

Power outrages, old uncomfortable furniture, cleaning charges payable only via snail mail.

Very disappointed not what I expected at all

The place was old, smelly and dirty. It had not been renovated for very long time.

The best thing about Yosemite West Cottages, is the fact that it is located within the park. This way you dont have to drive in and out of the park. The location is good too, being that its halfway between the valley and the Mariposa grove. What I did not like about the place it its VERY uncomfortable. The beds feel like bricks and the place feels really cold. It also didn't appear to be very clean. Lastly, we paid an additional $100 or so for taxes and fees, so at the end of the day, it wasn't really too much of a deal. We still had a great time at the park though.
