Nothing like advertised. Did not match my highlights and gave my hair reddish tones, the cut was good.

This salon was a complete joke. I tried calling about a million times to make an appointment, it took days for anyone to answer, plus the voice mail was completely full the first few days I called, then when i was able to get a voice mail I left a message and noone returned my call. I finally got a hold of someone after about a week. I got there and it was like a run down salon... I felt completely uncomfortable there. The guy who did my hair was nice at first, then turned completely rude and pretty much called me an idiot, and ripped foils out of my hair b/c he didnt do his job right. He didn't use a color stripper or lightener when that is what highlights are... So i got nothing i paid for
