I love Crossfit Anax. I was expecting it to be a lot of jocks and to feel really out of place, but it is not like that at all. The people are all really nice and it's definitely friendly for everyone, no matter if you are a beginner or you are advanced.

Instructor/helpers could be a little more helpful when doing a new exercise. They are, however, very encouraging and positive. Other than being extreamly sore, I've enjoyed it!
