Kaia FIT is a great workout place for those of us who are unfamiliar with working out and need the guidance on how to workout for best results as opposed to going to the gym and figuiring it out on your own.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and made a relatively unfit newbie feel very comfortable. With their modifications they level the playing field for women of all fitness levels. I'm so glad I made this purchase.
