"Dirty" has never sounded so appetizing. Kickback Jack's uses the word to refer to its most indulgent dishes, but these cheesy and sugary variations of their classic diner fare are as much the rule as they are the exception. For proof, look no further than the menu. It contains a breakfast menu, and, separately, a dirty breakfast menu. It's got a lunch menu and, on the next page, the dirty lunch menu.
So what does this look like? While Belgian waffles on the standard menu might come with pork chops and eggs, or cheddar and avocado, waffles on the menu's decadent counterpart are heaped with sweet cream cheese, whipped cream, Hershey's almond spread, and five varieties of fresh fruit. The lunch menu's chili cheese fries, jalapeno burgers, and Santa Fe chicken salads, meanwhile, boast "dirty" versions that, generally speaking, luxuriate in an ocean of extra cheese sauce.
