What's the biggest mistake you see clients make when they style their hair at home?

[People] not using the proper products for their hair texture, so their hair is not holding the style or giving them the look they're trying to achieve.

What's the number one grooming tip every person should know?

Use a shampoo and conditioner with UV protector to protect your virgin or colored hair. Your color fades [during] your typical wash out, heat styling and UV lights.

If the apocalypse ever comes, what low-maintenance hairstyle would you recommend for the foraging person on-the-go?

A short modern pixie with a versatile fringe. Similar to Jennifer Laurence's hair cut.
