About Humane Society of Pinellas

Humane Society of Pinellas saves the lives of homeless animals through foster care, adoption programs and medical services. With a strict no-kill policy, the shelter accepts owner-surrendered animals by appointment. It adopts out a variety of animals, going beyond just dogs and cats—all of which are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated—to include small pets such as rabbits, birds, and hamsters. In the medical wing, animal experts offer animal-training and behavioral-support programs along with low-cost spay and neuter services.
