I go to the gym to exercise, not to be looked at or to carry on a conversation. This is why I love Gold's Gym, because I feel safe being alone and I love the cinema option where I can exercise in an air conditioned dark room while watching a movie!! The only tip/ downside, is that the weekends and evenings are SO busy that there is no point in trying to show up. I have to instead find time during the week day after lunch. This is difficult with a full time job. Also, the smoothy bar does not have a lactose free option, which is surprising and also disappointing.

It can be a little intimidating but the staff is friendly. Try to the Body Pump class!

Met some great people in the class. The people at the front desk weren't very helpful. Didn't even point me in the direction of the class or offer a copy of the schedule. I may not be the right color :(
