I am very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and professional and the results were impressive. I will recommend it to everyone.

Yari at the Dr Phillips location is a wonderful consultant whom was very thorough in explaining to me about the ZERONA treatments. She was very kind, patient and helpful, she was able to answer any and all questions that I had regarding my treatment with out hesitation. She is very knowledgeable of her job, I would recommend anyone to her she's the best.

The phones weren't being answered so I went to the location and the experience was pleasant once I was able to make the appointment.

I only went once, never returned. Wasted money.

Not only was it a scam but it closed down 2 weeks after I bought it.

The staff is completely unprofessional and had additional charges for bogus "add ons." I specifically wanted the Altamonte location and once purchased and called to set up appt, was told only accepted in Lake Mary. The front office staff also encouraged me to commit insurance fraud. What?! Told me I could submit to my insurance since it isn't categorized as cosmetic.

They never returned any of my calls to make an appt so I had to get a refund.
