Caitlin was awesome! She was very thorough with the full highlights I received. She went all out and did an amazing job to make this newcomer feel at ease. I don't like a lot of chit-chat, but I enjoyed talking with her. She is very detailed, takes pride in her work, she listens, and takes care of her customers! I highly recommend.
