It was a horrible experience. I paid for FULL highlights, she used very little foils with even less product in them. She had to go back and re-apply the product.

Lauren was great. She got the color of my highlights perfect and understood exactly how I wanted my hair to look. She explained what cutting technique she would like to use before picking up her shears. It all made sense to me and I told her to go for it. Left the salon with the nicest hair cut I've had in a few years. I will become a regular there.
