Facials are done laying down (on a massage table). There is no shoulder/neck/arm massage like I've had with other facials, but the facial itself was great!

Ask for Isaiah! He was very gentle but very firm when needed. He seems very passionate about what he does for you while being professional and polite. Always be open and honest with your masseurs. Also, the whole place was BEAUTIFUL!! ENJOY!
