I enjoy the family feeling and feel missed if I don't show up. Lamont makes athletes do more than the athletes think possible, without yelling!

i like going there because Lamont (instructor) pushes us beyond what we think we can do. i get a full body workout everytime i go there

GABB fitness is awesome and I recommend it to all my friends. Lamont is a creative, hard working trainer and I appreciate his enthusiasm and drive. Angela does a great job with the "behind the scenes" part of the business.
