Melissa Woods' passion for nail artistry has not diminished in the decade she's been sculpting, filing, and painting finger- and toe-tips. Her ever-changing artistic arsenal might have something to do with that; Melissa keeps her work fresh with everything from gel-based glitter and chip-resistant shellac coating to custom color blending.
