The massage wasnt the best and I felt more pain in my back than prior to the massage.

Everyone from the front desk to the professional clinicians are incredibly nice and accommodating.. it's just a great place. Wish I would have ventured in sooner to treat myself to "me time".. will do so more often now!

I htought it was great. My only suggestion would be to have the relaxation/waiting area be a bit more private. While I was waiting there, I could hear all of the noice and conversations from the nail area. It would be nice if this area were closed off. It didnt hurt anything thought or not make me want to return - simpy something I noticed.
