If you want to do a group class email them so you can be together. We did that and had a wonderful time. Wear shorts, not pants

I took the beginning pole class and I loved it. Belinda was my teacher and she was so knowledgeable and fun. I'm definitely going back!

We all had a great time, regardless of our current fitness levels. We were encouraged and supported throughout the session. We all look forward to coming back for more!!
