I had a great time, the people are terrific, they provide workouts that are for beginners and for the more advance and they continue to help and motivate you. If your looking for a boot camp Coconut Creek is #1!!!!

Everyone there is really nice & motivating! You can go at your own pace & still see improvements! I highly recommend this boot camp for anyone looking to get back in shape or even just push you out of your comfort zone.
