I had a facial given by a young girl who was disorganized and very noisy. It seemed like every few minutes she was banging pots? in the sink and washing them. My friend who also had come for a facial experienced the same environment. There was no soft music, just a whole wasted experience. Can't say anything about the facial as i didn't notice anything different, so I will not comment there. Maybe good, maybe not so. However, the way the experience went I would definitely say NO, don't use this spa for a facial. PS - also paid extra for reflexology by another woman - don't know is she really knew what she was doing other than to rub your feet. Afterwards she said it would have been better had I order the hour timing rather than the 30 minute one.
