The owner seems to work along side the other staff and is respected by them; she clearly sets the tone of the atmosphere. And the atmosphere is great! I feel like I am going into be pampered, but that I can just be myself. The staff are really good at what they do and they make everyone seem special and welcome... even people waiting for others to be finished. I can see why this establishment has been around for so long. Why did I wait to go to Lather?
