THE PERSON HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THERE WAS NO COUPON CODE TO PUT IN THE MACHINE, SO HE HAD TO COME TO MY CAR. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO HAPPY ABOUT HAVING TO PUT IT IN MANUALLY.
