Hard to get an appointment, but salon was clean and spacious. Technician took the time and my feet and nails look great.

The water in the pedicure tub was on the cold side. I asked them to fix it and she tried to, but it was still cooler than warm. Also, the water in the manicure bowl was cold.

Atmosphere was relaxing, place was clean, and everyone was friendly.

When I booked the appointment, I was concerned b/c the person who answered wasn't very friendly. But Deena ( not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) was great. She massagaed my legs along with the pedicure. She asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I said Yes. She took off more than I would like, but it'll grown back. The hot stones were nice!
