Great speaker choices but the timing was really bad and it seemed you really didn't notice how we were running behind time.

The website "over sold" the capibilities of your actual service. I was not impressed with the time mangement of the Confrence; it started very late. Therefore, the entire Confrence was off schedule-and lunch was totally ignored.
When you have individuals in a facility for six hours, and thru the lunch hour...you at least offer refreshments. I would have paid a few dollars more for the Confrence admission or if a vendor was available that sold food I would have made a purchase. After 2:00, a lot of my attention went toward meeting my basic needs-getting something for lunch.
It just signified a lack of professionalism, and it seemed as if this was SMG's first event.
