I don’t know where to begin ...the decision to remove this tattoo was a hard one since it was of my late husbands name but from the minute I walked into Calista I felt welcomed . The receptionist was so friendly and helpful . Laura was my tech and was such a blessing . Laura explained the process and answered all my questions which made me feel so much better about my decision . They are the BEST
