Shawna was my laser technician and she was phenomenal. She was so professional, kind, explained everything so well, and made me feel at ease. I cannot wait to go back for more treatments with her! I cannot recommend Shawna enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about lasers and it made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend having any services at SkinSpaMed! Excellent service, and staff

Shirley is the best always answers all your questions and is so very good at what she does. I get my DOT laser and Trinity twice a year and it’s (almost) painless!! Excellent

Great experience from start to procedure. Brandon was welcoming, Shirley was amazing for prep, and Lisa was the best experience ever for a laser treatment. She took the time to answer questions, offer feedback /suggestions, and patient and comforting during the procedure. Nothing felt rushed or I never felt pressured. This team truly cared about my experience and treated me like a valued customer. Will be back again!

I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has scars from acne or rosacea. I had severe rosacea during Covid and I thought I would never get rid of the fresh, deep scars on my face. The SmartXide, not only took care of my scarring, it took care of wrinkles and dark spots. I’m not self-conscious about my skin anymore. As a matter of fact, I get complimented all the time.
