Lower the labor rates to become a serious competitor for normal car maintenance services. Keep up the great customer service within the service department. All employees were really nice.

I did have an appointment and it still took forever for the oil change and do to problems with one wheel stud/lugnut they could not rotate the tires. It took 3 hours!
