For 20 years, the annual Southern Brewers Festival has been inviting guests to raise a glass and toast to good beer, good music, and doing good in the community. Held along the 21st Century Waterfront, the event seeks to introduce beer lovers to more than 100 crafts brews from 60 microbreweries—Southern Tier, Foothills, and Chattanooga Brewing, to name a few—with a focus on those headquartered within the Southeastern United States. Providing the soundtrack to the suds fest are live sets from the following bands: Gov't Mule, moe., Soulive, Greensky Blue Grass, Cabinet, Randall Bramblett & Friends, and AJ Ghent. And, best of all, guests can feel good knowing that 100% of proceeds from the beer-based event are donated to Chattanooga's Kids on the Block and the Chattanooga Community Kitchen.
