I'm disspointed that I kept being told that I needed an appointment, when I eventually made an appointment the car wash cancelled on me. When I went to reschedule I was informed that I didn't need an appointment and to just come by. I wish I would have been told that earlier because I've been wanting my car detailed for over 3 weeks.

Had to go back twice because they were closed due to it being windy and when they did clean my car they rushed through it and left it dirty!
