The instructor for the beginner class on Saturday gave no instruction at all and I brought a first timer to that class and was very dissapointed.

Hospitality and care of new clients is very good. Professional and friendly. RE: Awaken Wellness website is very informative and helpufl. A little difficulty navigating personal account after initial set-up. It tries to be user friendly. I am going to be a client there.

The instructor seemed was friendly, making everyone seem confortable and seemed well qualified. The environment within the studio was enhanced by the comfortable temperature and small group of [articipants.

Great place to take yoga classes, get acupuncture treatments and massages. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, fabulous staff!
