Very disappointed. Initially purchased for individual lashes and upon arriving told they were clusters. Eyes swollen and irritated. She upcharged me for v-lash ('mink') still used clusters. Advised tech allergic to synthetic clusters. Used anyway.

The technician that did my lashes was clearly not experienced, they looked so AWFUL I made her take them off. She only applied lash extensions on the center 2/3s of my eyelids and nothing on the outer corners- they were uneven, and i looked scary. She was rough and a couple of times I feared for my eyesight becuse my eyes were burning- she wasnt concerned. On the way back to the front desk she made a comment that it was $35 to remove the lashes. John the manager was very nice and gave me his cell phone number.

It was not a pleasent experience and the final work was not what I expected.

False advertisement -- Image of individual lashes displayed, and only clusters were offered which was not stated in the advertisement. The price didn't match the product offered. Personnel -- Was not a licensed esthetician, and dropped her tool on my face. Had them removed immediately because the glue was clumped and all over my eyelids which was extremely uncomfortable. The glue should've only been on my lashes. I had them removed immediately after they were applied.
