There was no place for me to sit while having my car washed, vacuumed, and polished. The whole job took about an hour and I had to walk to the nearby shopping center for a place to rest-- something which might cause difficulty for some of his customers. I would recommend that Omid have a bench for his customers to wait.

We had a little trouble reaching them on the phone, but once we receached them, we had no problem making appointments to suit our schedules. We had two cars hand cleaned inside and out. They did a very thorough job and the service was excellent. We will go back.

There were no instructions or information at the exit regarding drying and general clean-up. Also, there were men "hanging" around the front. Some women might be turned off by that aspect.
