My therapist did an excellent job working on the big knot in my upper back. She also gave me some exercise tips and recommended a change in my sleeping position to alleviate some of the muscle pain and tightness I experience.

The Message therapist is very good person and I really had good massage and felt great after it is done

The place was very basic, not very upscale. Additionally the massage therapist was eating a sandwich when I came into the room and the massage room smelled like food. Massage therapist did a good massage though.
