They are outstanding!

If the service is going to take more than the 30 minutes you estimated, please pop in and let the client know its going to take longer and give them a new estimated time. I ended up being there with my 4 kids nearly and hour and 25 minutes for a service i was told would take 30 minutes max 40 to do. Not cool at all,i would have come in another day without the kids instead of goung through that grief.

The waiting room was a little cold. Coffee or hot tea (and some heat) would have been appreciated. Also, please do not expect that people have been there before and know the routines. It would be nice to ask when your customers arrive if they have been there, and explain the procedure to new customers (I did not know I was supposed to stay in my car during the oil change, that took me off guard). Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back!!
