Smiles at the reception desk always, even on bad hair days,
I was very disappointed in my manicure and pedicure. I went home and re-painted my toes myself.
The hair looked good but I told her I had finicky scalp, she used nothing to combat dryness. I had dandruff the next day and my hair was dry. The manicure and pedicure...I believe I got my $10 worth. For her service I am glad I didn't pay full price. The stylist near us had all the proper tools for a pedicure whereas my stylist had to borrow from her. Be more prepared. If you have to leave your client sitting for a few minutes while you gather supplies then do that. I guarantee the client will appreciate that you have all the supplies you need. It also doesn't look good to have your supplies strewn about the floor with the intention of using them on a client. The stylist had a tray to hold her supplies but instead put them on the floor.
It was very slow and awful quality. Mani pedi
Please train your students properly with the necessities to properly do manicures and pedicures or stop offering the service at the school. Or maybe even consider offering nail tech studies there so students can be successful servicing the customer in this area.
You (the students) are in training, use your investment and time wisely.
I realize these are students and one shouldn't expect professional results. However, I have had my hair done there before and have come away pleased, but the mani-pedi was awful. Took forever and it looked horrible.
This was suppose to be a teaching school and I didnt see any teachers, assts on the floor reviewing the work that was done. Poor language was used on the floor by the students. Dress attire was not professional.
Horrible haircut. I thought that people going to school for this would be better at it. I'm so upset with my hair right now.
worst experience ever!!!! Looked like a 2 year old painted my nails, came home and took it all off and did it myself!
