As the name suggests, this is not a typical gym. The assessment was more involved than that of a typical gym and I was very impressed.

K.O.R.E has been a great experience for me so far. The one on one assessment was very helpful in determining a baseline and it was interesting to see where I stand compared to where I could be. The staff is helpful and friendly and I look forward to pushing myself to become all that I can be at K.O.R.E!
