Other than being an hour late for the cleaning without calling, the experience was good. The young man was professional and honest. There were a few tough spots that didn't come as clean as I had hoped, but was told before the cleaning they might not come out. Over all good.

I will not use them again. First, it was EXTREMELY hard to even get an appointment scheduled. They didn't answer the phone listed and never returned any of my phone calls. I finally got an appointment in mid January. When the tech arrived, I heard about several other "fee's" I could pay per room. It was only for steam, no chemicals. It was a minimal steam cleaing at best. If the goal was to get new customers, it won't happen with me. This was ripoff.

Set two appointments and noone came to clean my carpet.

I made an appointment to have my carpets cleaned but they never showed up and their three phone numbers are not in working order.

OceanAirSC had no number to call back to complain about the service. The Chemicals left huge Brown areas on my riugs over 2x4 feet wide. They looked worse than before the cleaning. I would never recomment OceanairSc to anyone.. I wanted to get my monety back but the number was disconnected and the other numbers the message servie was full and would not accept any more messages... Probably people complaining about the serice.

They did a good job but getting in touch with them was difficult and took several phone calls to reach someone to schedule. The person who came was polite and professional but very very late and we had to change evening plans to accommodate him because we didn't want to put off getting the carpet cleaned another day. They didn't include anywhere in the ad that they charge extra for pet stains, so we had to pay an extra $30 at time of (late) service! They did do a lovely job on the carpet though- will give them that!

I have to wait 2 months for an appointment.
