The customer service is excellent, my deluxe pedicure was done very professionally and the young lady was very nice. I was very pleased with everything. BUT, after getting in sunlight, the polish had places that weren't covered, that were not visible inside. Maybe better lighting on the foot area of the massage chair would help.

Kathryn was professional (she came out to tell me she was running a few minutes late which I really appreciate), friendly and efficient (but not rushed feeling). Really felt like the service was great.
