My visit was fantastic! I was in so much back pain upon my arrival. This was the first time to a chiropractor. Dr. Long was very informative explaining everything each step of the way. Nancy, the massage therapist, was wonderful. She gave me a deep tissue massage. I new my back was in knots, but I didn't know that I had knots in my hips, knees or the back of my head that was contributing to my pain. She really worked me over but it felt wonderful! I was sore the next day from both procedures. BUT, I felt SO much better the second day. I mean, incredibly better. Everyone I met was helpful and friendly. I'm going back next week. Thanks everyone!
