It was very hard to schedule the cleaning. The scheduler gave a very hard sales pitch and the service ended up being very expensive (double what he quoted) and I did not get some of the services he promised (he said all sashes would be cleaned and they were not; the cleaner said that was an additional service for yet another added charge). The windows look good and I am pleased with the results but will not choose another contractor next time. The cleaning was subcontracted to an independent contractor so I don't have any idea about the quality of work from the actual company. I was not told that the cleaning would be done by someone else. Next time I will choose the services and provider.
