Procedure took 6 months to schedule but I'd do it again. The savings were well worth it and after wearing glasses/contacts for 25+ years a few months of waiting wasn't a big deal. Procedure went great and other than some dryness I had no problems the day after the procedure.
Plan to spend pretty much the whole day. My son ended up 20-15. GREAT service for the price.
Too early to tell how well the procedure will turn out....
I was nervous but it was a painless procedure. Very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my results.
It was a great experience to have the surgery done. I can seem better and no pain.
The LASIK surgery was quick and well-done. The 3-hour wait was obnoxious, especially when EVERYONE was waiting - this seemed really unnecessary and no good explanation was ever given for it. So, not really sure why we had to wait so long.... However, at least the eye clinic had a room where we could watch movies.
The procedure went great, thank you for the gift of vision :) the worst part was the two and a half hour wait for a 2 minute procedure. I realize that may be an efficient way to operate, however, from the patient/client's perspective, the wait is nerve wrecking!!
Excellent service!
Had absolutely no time with the doctor to discuss the surgery prior to the surgery. I had no idea what type of lasik I was receiving and still don't. They run you through like a assembly line without ever allowing you to ask questions about anything. Seems like they are only concerned with you seeing 20/20 regardless of how blurred your night vision and or peripheral vision is. They care about there statistics and not the problems you are having. All they care about is how much money they can make.
Several people (up to 10) are scheduled for the same date/time as your surgery - the process took a very long time as we waited for all attendees to show up, then sat in a room watching videos until we were one by one called back for our surgery. Several of us felt as though the process was extremely non-personal, the surgeon, Dr. Burger, seemed very unfriendly, did not speak to you or explain any of the steps that would occur during the process, and basically sat you in a chair and went to work. I thought the experience was terrifying not knowing what was happening or having any warning to certain things, like a burning smell or that your eyes will go black for a few seconds. It was very unorganized, and a very different experience than what I had heard from other people who had Lasik at other facilities.
