Great place. Nice people. Workouts are tough but it's easy to get motivated to get up and go there. Always a fun experience.

The staff seems very nice. My son has many health problems and this seems to be the perfect fit for him. He is getting a lot of exercise and because he is having so much fun he does not even realize how much he is working out. I can't wait until I have my surgeries and get the ok from my dr so I can join

Classes are great for EVERY level!!!! Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced kickboxer...the classes are great for everyone.
