Excellent service in extreme heat.

I purchased three cleaning sessions, & it took months to actually get someone to respond to my calls. They finally made the first appointment & showed up. The second appointment was scheduled, & they never showed up, nor did anyone ever return my calls to reschedule. I paid for THREE cleanings & only received ONE. After several months of being ignored, I gave up trying! I DON'T recommend them because it's just impossible to get them on the phone & to get what you paid for!!!

Very poor experience, with dirty rags left in the sink, sticky floor, smeared bathroom shower door and microwave door, failing to vaccum rug in living room, not dusting the bottom shelf of the coffee table, not dusting other key areas, not making up the bed. I am single and live alone, and my small one-story home should have been easy to clean. My house also reeked of bleach and some type of cheap soap when I walked in the back door, and I couldn't get in through the garage because something was left up against the door. I am shocked sat how poor this service was.

I understand not moving large furniture to clean under, but small items and kitchen chairs makes the service useless. The level of cleaning is what I would expect from a hired teenager. Where items had been moved for cleaning such as the bathtub; were not placed back but left in a pile where items had been moved to clean. A 5lb small table; you could see the edge of where they dusted around rather it at the base rather. than moving to dust underneath. A discounted price shd not mean a discounted service. they used mop for the floor and left me with dirty mop covers to clean. When they arrived they showed me their mops and vacuums. My wood floors looked like it had been spot cleaned only.

Did bathrooms and floors only. They do light cleaning, dusting furniture was over the limit.

My interactions with the owners/schedulers was very professional, even when they needed to reschedule. However, the lead person who came to the house was not! I can't imagine paying to have my house cleanied by people who do not have a broom,.a dustpan or a vaccuum cleaner -- and who refuse to dust unless I am working side by side with them -- not even a coffee table or a bookcase. They didn't even bring materials to dust! I could go on. I wouldn't pay $10 for this cleaning because of how little really got done right the first time through!
