It’s not important how fast racers finish the 5K course, what’s important is what those runners wear. Being a change of clothe, and a towel, and different shoes. All for after math of glow paint and mud, in case it rains. Wear bright colors, it's fun to see all colors

Be sure to wear old clothing. Paint gets EVERYWHERE at the stage. Also be sure to watch your face, it can end up in eyes and mouth.

Super fun and ends with a dance party! Kid friendly and plenty of glow paint to go around!
