LOVE this place. Became a member and now take at least 5 classes a week. The instructor Erin is SUPER AWESOME!

It was a lot of fun, you learn a whole routine! Be prepared to sweat and bring water, and don't forget those heels! :)

My first two classes were awesome !! I didn't have a sitter & had to bring my 11 & 9 yr old girls & the staff were so awesome to let them do one of the classes !!! I highly recommend this exercise facility !!!! Try it out yourself !!! You will love it !!! The day or 2 after yr first class expect to be somewhat sore ...LoL But that shows they are working your muscles & getting you closer to yr goals !!!!
