the guy that did my pedicure cut me twice... I have never been cut before like that and not twice..but the girl that did my maniure was nice...that is why I would go back..

Nice decor and good prices for shellac nails, but they need to improve on their pedicure skills. They seemed like they were afraid to realy scrub and get down to business with my feet. I went there twice and had two different people and both did it that way! I even bought one for my mom and she told me the same thing. Overall, the wre very nice and accomodating though.

Made an appointment and they called me to reschedule and I was going to try and making for the time they had open but called to cancel and they informed me that if I cancel/reschedule they would no longer accept my grouping.

Horrible customer service!!!!

The service was unfriendly, even the owner. And my mani/pedi was inferior to others I usually have. My feet were dry within hours and I was left with hangnails.

Staff/ Manager were not very friendly nor did they do a great job on the shellac manicure. received a pedicure too and they didn't bother to clean up their mistakes with the nail polish on my toes.

The woman that did my nails was sick and coughing in me the whole time :( also, I left with a very large chunk of my finger missing. If you're that sick you probably shouldn't be at work. They also weren't very accommodating with what I wanted done to my nails and charged extra for EVERYTHING.

this is not a serious business. They must be money laundering. RUN!

Poor customer service. Service was rushed due to walk in customers
