It took a couple of days for the callback and the name of the company that was on the message machine was not just Mr. Clean Gutters. Confusing at first

They are a scam.they try and sell u stiff u don't need.suppose to fix seam leaks and they still leak.tells u one price and final price is more.would never use them again and recommend that no one else patronize them and groupin take them off their list as clients

They are professional scam artists. They do the absolute minimum work to keep from being sued, and they do not do a thorough job. Then they upsell making all sorts of false claims. They are very careful to follow the letter of the law, so they cannot be caught. They did about 5 min of real work with a scooper removing debris from a part of the gutter.

I understood, given the size of my house, that I would have to pay extra for the gutter cleaning. But, they were aggressive about up-selling and I ended up paying more than I planned and I don't think what they provided was worth the extra cost. I would not use them again.
