Stacy was great. Explained what she was doing at each step

The atmosphere was a bit old school in that some of the discussions by the personnel can be considered offensive. Also the workers were not appropriately dressed and showed up late with excuses for their clients. Although my stylist looked like she had just rolled out of bed in clothes she had worn out to a bar the night before; she did a good job on my cut.

They were very nice

The girl who did the shampooing was just fabulous. She included a wonderful scalp massage which is something that is not usually done. I also love the haircut and the highlights. Great experience@@@
