Jocelyn and Lisa work hard, and did more than I expected in the time they were here. I have no complaints - the house looks wonderful. They were also on time, very pleasant to be with, and definitely make me consider doing this again soon.

Absolutely horrible. I paid for three hours of cleaning on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt. They were so slow in cleaning. They never even swept or mopped the kitchen floor, no vacuuming, did not clean toilets and did not do a good job with the minimal cleaning that they did. I will never have this company return.

Paid for 6 hr service. Did not stay for the 6 hours, not even close. I arrived home about 4.5 hours in. Cleaning was mediocre at best. Did not clean underneath couch, in couch or around any furniture. Floors are still filthy near the walls and around furniture. Did not dust many items. Did not sweep under area rug or vacuum rug itself. Right near the edges of the area rug underneath is still filthy, she did not bother to move rug to clean underneath(its a small 6 foot rug). I am extremely dissatisfied.

It would be helpful if they would answer email messages from their website. Playing phone tag for days isn't an effective way to schedule appointments.

Did not clean where I asked and didn't even do the dishes.

No where in deal did it state I was paying for basic services and what that was. I thought I was paying for time and whatever I needed done should not be turned down flat or offered to do for EXTRA even though i had more time. Limitations and changes in scope (time and # of cleaners) of initial deal should be fully explained when making appointment. I feel short changed on time. Showed up late and left early. Not happy and my search for a professional cleaning service, continues.
